Welcome - This Photo Gallery covers many highlights of our trip to Jalisco on 25 Sept - 5 Oct 2015. Unlike previous trips, this year's was laced with visits to distilleries that were in the process of crushing cooked agave using the tahona (stone wheel). We had many enjoyable and interesting experiences with some key people involved with tequila production. Our heartfelt gratitude is extended to all our hosts who contributed their valuable time (and lots of their wonderful tequila). Thanks for making this trip an experience we will never forget! We hope to visit the magical land of Jalisco again soon.
